Handling & Shipping Time

Return Eligibility (30-Day Window)

You may return items within 30 calendar days of delivery if:

  • Products are unopened and in original, sealed packaging
  • Products are unused and in resalable condition
  • Products are not expired or near expiration
  • You provide your original order number

We cannot accept returns if:

  • Products are opened, used, or tampered with (health & safety reasons)
  • Original packaging or seals are broken
  • Return request is made after 30 days of delivery
  • Products are marked as "Final Sale"
  • Products are damaged due to misuse or improper storage

How to Return a Product

Please provide your order number and reason for return.

2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number

  • Our team will review your request and issue an RA number
  • Do not ship products without an RA number

3. Ship the Product Back

  • Pack securely in original packaging
  • Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
  • Ship to the return address provided by our team
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error

4. Receive Your Refund

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once processed
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refund Amounts

Full Refund:

  • Original product price (excluding original shipping costs)

Partial Refund:

  • May be issued if the product is resalable but not in perfect condition

No Refund:

  • If the product does not meet eligibility requirements or the return is unauthorized

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made an error or the product is defective
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Just One Hub Wellness is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Defective or Damaged Products

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Send photos of the product and packaging
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • You will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost

Wrong Item Shipped

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • The correct item will be shipped at no additional cost

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment (within 24 hours):

  • Full refund if the order has not yet shipped

After Shipment:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may refuse delivery.
  • Refund will be processed once the product is returned to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
