Handling & Shipping Time

Return Eligibility (30-Day Window)
You may return items within 30 calendar days of delivery if:
- Products are unopened and in original, sealed packaging
- Products are unused and in resalable condition
- Products are not expired or near expiration
- You provide your original order number
We cannot accept returns if:
- Products are opened, used, or tampered with (health & safety reasons)
- Original packaging or seals are broken
- Return request is made after 30 days of delivery
- Products are marked as "Final Sale"
- Products are damaged due to misuse or improper storage
How to Return a Product

Please provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number
- Our team will review your request and issue an RA number
- Do not ship products without an RA number
3. Ship the Product Back
- Pack securely in original packaging
- Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship to the return address provided by our team
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error
4. Receive Your Refund
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once processed
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Refund Amounts
Full Refund:
- Original product price (excluding original shipping costs)
Partial Refund:
- May be issued if the product is resalable but not in perfect condition
No Refund:
- If the product does not meet eligibility requirements or the return is unauthorized
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made an error or the product is defective
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Just One Hub Wellness is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Defective or Damaged Products
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Send photos of the product and packaging
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- You will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
Wrong Item Shipped
- Contact us immediately
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- The correct item will be shipped at no additional cost
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment (within 24 hours):
- Full refund if the order has not yet shipped
After Shipment:
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may refuse delivery.
- Refund will be processed once the product is returned to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
