• Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
• Order cutoff time: 12:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.
• We ship via trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other reliable courier services.
• Shipping times are calculated based on destination and carrier transit times.

Estimated Delivery Time (Domestic)

• Handling Time: 1 business day
• Transit Time: 6–12 business days
• Total Delivery Time: 7–13 business days from order placement

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery estimates adjust for public holidays.

Tracking Information

• All orders include tracking information.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• Track your order via the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:
• We are not responsible after delivery confirmation
• Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
• We will assist with carrier investigations when possible

Incorrect Address:
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order
• We are not responsible for shipments to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Address changes may be possible if requested before shipment

Damaged Packages:
• Inspect your package upon delivery
• Contact us within 7 days with photos if damaged
• We will work with you to resolve the issue

Returns Reminder
